Sketch is from first day here in Paris. I established myself as the first customer of the day at our corner cafe. I score the primo corner table and watch the neighborhood wake up. First all the early deliveries of fruits and veggies, bakery trucks and then the butchers truck shows up with huge hanging halves of cows. (horrors!) a bit later locals head for work commutes via the Metro and parents and Nannie stroll by enroute to school with the cutest kids on earth all decked out like little Parisians no matter how tiny. Cafe long and a croissant make it perfection.
The market is sketched from my ringside cafe table.
